The event served as the grand culmination of the summit, blending the joy of music with a deeper purpose: giving back to the academic community.<\/p><p>The concert brought together students, faculty, alumni, and partners in a lively evening marked by outstanding performances and meaningful causes. Headlining the event were local crowd-favorites <em>Jayson in TOWN<\/em>, viral sensation <em>Rowell Divina<\/em>, and the comedic talents of the <em>Davao Comedians<\/em>, whose performances brought both laughter and inspiration to the audience.<\/p><p>The event\u2019s theme was thanksgiving and unity, embodying the spirit of pasasalamat (gratitude) not just through music but also through action. Organized as a fundraising initiative, Himig Pasasalamat aimed to generate support for the improvement of college facilities\u2014an investment in the future of ACD learners.<\/p><p>\u201cThis year\u2019s College Summit has been a celebration of leadership, innovation, and student involvement. <em>Himig Pasasalamat<\/em> was the perfect closing note\u2014joyful, unifying, and impactful,\u201d shared Mr. Melvin Jay M. Canoy, faculty member and event coordinator. \u201cEvery song, every laugh, every ticket purchased contributes to a bigger mission\u2014to uplift the educational experience of our students.\u201d<\/p><p>Beyond the music, the event featured food stalls, creative booths, and interactive areas that transformed the campus into a festival-like space, brimming with energy and community spirit. It was not just a concert; it was a gathering that reflected the heart and soul of ACD\u2014compassionate, collaborative, and committed to progress.<\/p><p>As the sun set and the final encore ended, the message of <em>Himig Pasasalamat<\/em> continued to echo in the hearts of all who were part of it\u2014gratitude is best expressed when it becomes a bridge to serve others.
