Assumption College of Davao is a fully compliant institution, registered with the Data Privacy System (DPS) and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) under the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. This registration ensures that the school adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), demonstrating its commitment to safeguarding personal information and upholding data privacy standards for students, faculty, and staff. As part of its compliance, the institution designates a Data Protection Officer who oversees the implementation of privacy policies and ensures secure data management within the organization.

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) is the national association of Catholic educational institutions in the Philippines. Founded in 1941, it now has 1,500 members, which include universities and colleges offering academic and continuing education programs that are at par with many leading international schools in the world. A majority of its members, however, numbering around 900, are mission schools offering basic education to the country's poor and marginalized.
