Cano, Program Head of the BS in Hospitality Management of ACD, on finishing the CHED-DOT Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Train the Trainers Course, which took place from April 8 to 11, 2025, at the Ritz Hotel in Davao City.
