The Assumption College of Davao (ACD) successfully conducted a 3-day Strategic Assessment Planning (SAP) session from May 5 to 8, 2025, at the ACD Auditorium.
Dr. Reynaldo O. Cuizon facilitated the session and was actively participated in by the Missionaries of the Assumption (m.a.) Sisters, the Management Council, department and office heads, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and selected stakeholders.
This strategic planning marked a significant milestone in aligning ACD’s direction with its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Core Values for the upcoming school year 2025–2026. As part of the comprehensive planning process, the entire institution was reorganized according to ACD’s new structural framework. The participants were given ample time to engage in collaborative discussions with their respective groups, allowing them to develop both institution-wide initial plans and office-specific strategic initiatives.
